Application scope

It is suitable for monochrome and multicolor printing of various small and medium-sized flat glass, such as automobile side window glass, refrigerator glass, color crystal glass, decorative glass, household appliance glass, etc.

Machine features

Electric vertical lifting, using anti-skid synchronous belt lifting and conveying, fast and stable. Pneumatic off screen device makes the speed and height of lifting plate adjustable.

The printing adopts linear guide rail frequency conversion to adjust the speed synchronously, supplemented by photoelectric switch to control the positioning, which is fast and accurate. With automatic feeding and returning functions, it can be connected to the drying line to ensure quality and improve output.

Precision cylinder combination hardened guide rail slide guide has a plate lifting device, which is convenient to replace the screen and wash the plate.

04.

The angle of scraping and ink return can be adjusted, and the mechanical mesh arm is installed with a pneumatic cylinder, which can effectively prevent large-area printing products from sticking plates and printing patterns, so as to ensure product quality.
