It is suitable for monochrome and multicolor screen printing of film, packaging, nameplate, advertising decoration and other products.

Machine features

Vertical structure, the screen plate rises and falls vertically, and the printing head moves left and right. The screen lifting and printing process adopts independent driving source, with coordinated action, stable and adjustable speed. Microcomputer single chip program control circuit, electronic and electrical components, pneumatic components.

The frequency conversion motor drives the printing tool holder, and the induction switch controls the travel, which can be adjusted independently. The exquisitely designed die-casting aluminum alloy head, precision cylinder combination, hardened guide rail and slider guide, and equipped with plate lifting device make it convenient to change the screen and wash the plate.

Stainless steel printing platform. Evenly distributed ￠ 1.0- ￠ 1.5 suction hole platform, automatic vortex vacuum pump, strong adsorption. The x-axis and y-axis fine-tuning handles of the printing platform are easy to adjust, and the chromaticity is accurate, ensuring the accuracy of multicolor chromaticity. There are three printing modes: manual / semi-automatic / full-automatic, and the indirect time digital control of automatic printing (1 ~ 9 seconds).

The mechanical mesh arm is installed with a pneumatic cylinder, which can effectively prevent large-area printing products from sticking plates and printing patterns, so as to ensure product quality. The angle of scraping and ink return can be adjusted (0 ~ 35 degrees), which is convenient to adjust. The whole machine is equipped with safety protection devices.
