Application scope:

Appliance glass screen printing machine is mainly used for all types of glass screen printing: automotive glass, decorative glass, moving door glass, furniture glass, appliance glass, display glass etc.

Working process: load and position lgass--- shuttle transfer---printing-unload glass This machine adopts shuttle transfer system, increase production capacity, suitable for all types of glass’s screen printing process. Adopt special surface treatment for the printing table, assure non-scratch on glass and durable life. Adopt Mitsubishi PLC control, friendly T/P HMI, fault display and photoelectric protection device.

Adopt stepless control for printing speed and flooding speed. X,Y axis movable counterposition to adjust the frame, easy and accurate. Flood bar can set as: cover ink in advance or cover ink after screen printing to reduce of plug and shadow happen.

The scrapper uses a constant pressure device. After the printing press is set, it can automatically compensate the irregularity of the thickness of the printed substrates. Adopt Taiwan Shilin frequency converter and international brand gear motor for printing Adopt imported linear guide and wear resistant and antiskid polyester synchro belt for the screen printing

Adopt servo motors for glass positioning, 5-points center positioning method, assure positioning precision. Easy operation: Just input glass size in computer and no need to adjust position device by hand Adopt servo motor for glass transfer from loading part to printing part and to unloading part.
