It is suitable for screen printing of various small and medium-sized flat glass, such as color crystal glass, decorative glass, household appliance glass, etc.

Machine features

The screen frame lifting adopts a reduction motor + crank connecting rod mechanism, which is stable and reliable, with both speed and precision, and is equipped with a grid locking device. The printing adopts linear guide rail + variable frequency motor drive, supplemented by photoelectric switch to control positioning, scraping, and inking return scrapping speed can be adjusted separately.

Pneumatic off screen device makes the speed and height of lifting plate adjustable. Effectively prevent sticking and pattern pasting of large-area printing, and ensure product quality. It is equipped with a crank arm lifting device to facilitate the smooth lifting of the pre positioned glass.

The angle of the scraping and ink returning babr can be adjusted, and can be set freely according to different products. Felt synchronous belt is used for feeding and discharging belt, which will not cause any trace to glass products.

The positioning of the table adopts cylinder positioning, and the positioning point can be adjusted manually. The large and small glass switching system is set for the positioning in the y-axis direction to facilitate the positioning and switching of large and small glasses.
