Application scope

This machine is suitable for the coating of UV photosensitive coatings, inks and adhesives. The coating of various material surfaces can be hardened and dried in an instant. For printing: flat panel printing, screen printing, self-adhesive trademarks, metal nameplates, soft and hard PC, PVC, ABS, PS, gusset plate, glass, electronic components, photosensitive solder resist for single-sided circuit boards, etc. Coating: bright coating of wood surface, paper, plastic floor tiles, PU synthetic leather glazing, etc.

Machine features

Light source system: adopt high-pressure mercury lamp that can radiate strong long wave ultraviolet, with high and stable UV energy; Adopt high-intensity, wide width ultraviolet lamp, whose intensity is 2-3 times that of ordinary lamp, but the power consumption is the same. It can be used for drying and hardening all kinds of photosensitive materials. Its hardening speed is very fast. After drying, the surface of the printed piece can achieve the effect of high hardness, high gloss and solvent resistance.

Conveyor system: the conveyor belt adopts Teflon imported mesh belt, which is equipped with stepless speed regulation and stable operation. In addition, it is equipped with conveyor belt tight adjustment and automatic deviation correction device, so that the mesh belt can be adjusted more easily (optional).

Reflection system: imported mirror high temperature resistant and condensing reflector is adopted. The ultraviolet light is evenly distributed after reflection, with good curing quality and high efficiency.

Cooling system: horizontal heat insulation method is adopted for cooling, and low-noise centrifugal fan direct heat absorption device can prevent the temperature in the machine from being too high and protect the transformer and lamp tube. Protection system: for safe and convenient operation, it is equipped with an automatic temperature control system and adopts chain control to prevent the equipment from being damaged due to excessive temperature in the machine. The irradiation distance can be adjusted.
