The whole machine adopts a separation structure, and can carry out single-stage and multi-stage operation according to the characteristics of different processed products, which saves energy on the basis of ensuring product quality. The drying system adopts the cylinder lifting design, and the lamp installation port is located on the side of the dryer, which is convenient for cleaning, maintenance and replacement. Hot drying room temperature ~ 120 ℃, which can be set arbitrarily.

The new constant temperature design enables the product to be heated evenly, and the ink layer on the product surface can achieve the best drying effect from inside to outside. The heating pipes are installed on the upper part and are installed in parallel.

The height of the lamp tube in the heating area of the drying channel is 150mm (each heating area adopts fan thermal cycle) The heating control of each section is controlled by an independent temperature control detector. According to the different drying items, in order to make the mesh belt bear the maximum weight, a rolling idler is arranged every 400mm.

The constant temperature system of this machine has several advantages, and the temperature is controlled according to the heating section; The machine body adopts a closed structure, and there is no obvious hot air from the feeding end; The hot air duct in the dryer is well sealed, and there is no pollution source (slag and hair removal, etc.); On the basis of ensuring product quality, it also saves energy, so that prints can be dried quickly and the shrinkage is small.
