PRINTING SCOPE:

This type of machine is mainly used for automotive front shied laminated glass, back shield tempered glass, bus glass screen printing process, and also, can be used for decorative glass, furniture glass, shower door glass’s screen printing etc.

FEATURES:

01.

Adopt Taiwan reduction motor with chain for four posts driving. Adopts Encoder for position. Fours posts will be locked safely, to make sure the printing stroke is precisely parallel with printing table. There are height adjusting device for left and right frame holder, for easy frame adjustment.

Frame holder allow the frame to be extrude backside, make it center printing easier. There are pneumatic fasten devices for frame fast and convenient installing in and taking out. Adopt servo motors off-screen function during printing, avoid the mesh will stick on the printed glass.

Adopt SEW gear motor (Germany) to drive the printing head up/down movement. Imported precise linear guide rail is combined to pull the printing cross beam to carry out oil sealing and printing. Via the frequency converter the stepless speed adjusting of printing and oil sealing are achieved. The lifting of scraper and flood bar are driven by electric. The angle of scraper and flood bar can be adjusted between 0～35º. The printing is set with single and dual printing.

The table frame is cast by aluminum alloy, and eliminated the internal stress via heat treatment to ensure no deformation, and according to the requirements of transmission, positioning, and the minimum printing dimension divides the workbench into pieces, each can be individually adjusted in assembly. The face of workbench is in aluminum-titanium alloy and coated by Teflon. The face of workbench is flat, rustiness preventing, and solvent resistant, and the plane precision is ±0.2mm/m.
