Machine features

Workflow: loading and positioning → transfer → printing → conveying and unloading. The whole machine adopts Panasonic PLC + Panasonic servo, the system adopts Panasonic bus control, man-machine interface control, and is equipped with fault display and audible and visual alarm devices. The feeding and discharging conveyor belts are made of traceless material, and the conveying process will not cause any damage and marks to the original film and products. Transmission power adopts reduction motor + frequency converter. Multi section speed is adjustable, which is convenient for connection and docking operations.

Positioning is a 6-point center positioning device composed of precision ball screw + servo, which is accurate and efficient. The shuttle mode is platform shuttle structure. Suitable for screen printing of various glass products. The printing table is of high-strength aluminum alloy structure, and the surface of the platform is hard treated with high finish. It is durable without scratching the product.

The combination of Panasonic servo + planetary reducer is used for printing to ensure that the scraper speed is stable and efficient during scraping. The scraping and ink return speeds can be set separately. The net frame adopts a micro lifting + net frame extractable structure, which can shorten the lifting time to the greatest extent, and make it more convenient for the installation and wiping of the net plate in the production operation. The screen adjustment adopts X and Y axes to move and align, which is simple and accurate.

The flooding bar can be set to cover the ink in advance and during printing, so as to reduce the blocking and shadow phenomenon. The scrapper adopts constant pressure control. After the strength of the scraping knife is set, the irregular thickness of the printed matter can be automatically compensated. The whole machine adopts silent guide rail and synchronous belt.
