Application scope

It is suitable for screen printing of flat film, sheet and sheet printing requiring high-precision printing, such as cold light plate, film (EL), LCD, panel, diffuser, film switch, flexible circuit (FPC), touch glass, etc.

Machine features

Taiwan Beiji machine reduction motor + chain four column synchronous transmission, encoder numerical control positioning. Equipped with a four column locking device to ensure the equal accuracy of the printing stroke and the table. The left and right clamping arms are equipped with a height adjustment mechanism for correcting the screen level.

The screen clip frame allows the frame to extend backward, which is convenient for the printing of the screen centered print. With fine adjustment / screen / version clamping arm pneumatic lock, it is convenient for quick screen loading and unloading and positioning. The servo motor lifts the plate synchronously to prevent the screen from adhering to the printing surface. The lifting height and the starting point are set numerically, and the automatic operation is synchronized with the printing speed (after printing, the screen is lifted).

Motor + swing arm drive front and rear runways, linear guide rail guidance, positioning accuracy within ± 0.05mm. The guide rail is supported and protected by a new type of high rigid aluminum profile, and the mounting surface is precision plus, with high parallelism. The table top is made of aluminum alloy plate with high strength and flatness (flatness within ± 0.2mm).

The positioning and micro blowing function of the table surface makes the printing pieces not affected by static electricity to adsorb the table surface, which is difficult to locate or scratch when moving (optional). The printing stroke is driven by servo motor, guided by linear guide rail, and the printing / inking speed is numerically controlled. It can maintain and stabilize the speed all the time, and the positioning is accurate. The linear guide rail is supported and protected by new high rigid aluminum profile, and the mounting surface is precision machined with high parallelism.
