Machine features

Workflow: loading and positioning → transfer → printing → conveying and unloading. This machine adopts a new shuttle conveying structure and control, which is suitable for printing glass in various industries. The worktable is treated by special process, so that the surface of the worktable is not scratched and wear-resistant, and has excellent solvent resistance. The production line adopts Mitsubishi PLC control system, friendly touch screen man-machine interface, and is equipped with fault display system and photoelectric protection device.

The frequency conversion is used to control the scraping speed, and the scraping and covering can be adjusted at different speeds. The screen adjustment adopts X and Y axes to move and align, which is simple and accurate. The ink return bar can be set to cover the ink in advance and during printing, so as to reduce the blocking and shadow phenomenon.

The scraping bar adopts a constant pressure device. After the strength of the scraping knife is set, the irregularity of the thickness of the printed matter can be automatically compensated. The printing transmission adopts Shilin frequency conversion and international brand reduction motor. The printing transmission adopts imported linear guide rail and wear-resistant and anti-skid polyester synchronous belt.

The glass positioning mode adopts 5-point center positioning, which is driven by servo motor to ensure positioning accuracy. The glass transfer shuttle mode adopts shuttle beam, suction table plate adsorption, and servo motor drive to ensure speed and accuracy. This machine is a four section automatic screen printing machine, which is composed of positioning section, printing section ①, printing section ② and discharge section. The conveying of glass between stations is completed by the precise transfer shuttle. This machine completes each step of the ordinary screen printing machine step by step in four sections, which greatly improves the production efficiency. It is especially suitable for large-scale and high-quality screen printing production of hard flat materials such as kitchen glass and TV panel glass.
