Machine features

Workflow: loading → CCD automatic alignment → printing → unloading → drying. This machine adopts a new UVW platform structure and CCD visual control system, which is suitable for printing film materials in various industries.

The worktable is treated by special process, so that the surface of the worktable is not scratched and wear-resistant, and has excellent solvent resistance. Panasonic servo motor is used to control the scraping speed. Scraping and ink return can be adjusted at different speeds.

The camera is adjusted by x-axis and y-axis motors, which is simple and accurate. The scraping knife adopts an adjustable air pressure device, which can be easily adjusted for the irregular thickness of the printed matter.

This machine is equipped with dust removal roller, which can remove the dust on the material. This machine is equipped with off screen function to prevent screen sticking when printing a large area of background color. This machine adopts controllable suction device, which can adjust strong wind, weak wind and closing according to the requirements of printing materials.
