In order to enable the operators to quickly master the skills and skills of the plane screen printing machine and improve the safety and quality of the intelligent automatic screen printing equipment in production, the operation instructions of our company's screen printing equipment are specially formulated as follows:
Operation regulations:
1. Before starting the machine, carefully understand the requirements of safety warning signs on the machine, check whether the wiring within the rated power supply range is safe, whether the ground wire is reliably grounded, whether the fastening screws are loose and abnormal, and whether the safety signs are complete.
2. Test whether the performance of the emergency stop switch of the safety brake plate sensor and the foot pedal is normal.
3. Check whether the air pressure of the air source is normal, the normal value is 0.5-0.8mpl, and check whether there is water in the filter cup of the air source duplex.
4. Turn on the suction pump switch and check whether the suction pump works normally.
5. In manual mode, it is normal for the empty machine to move forward, backward and up and down without stopping.

Prepress operation regulations:
1. Confirm whether the screen pattern is consistent with the pattern of the production product template.
2. Adjust the two side screen clamping frame to the appropriate position, install the screen, scraper and ink return blade, correct the screen frame to make it in the horizontal position, adjust the distance between the screen and the platform, and maintain high-precision horizontal printing.
3. Manually adjust the printing stroke, speed, the pressure of the scraper and the ink return blade. After the above adjustments are correct, the screen and the platform are locked and fixed to prevent the printing from moving halfway and ensure the printing accuracy.
Four post glass screen printing machine
(applicable to screen printing of refrigerator freezer glass, photovoltaic glass, architectural glass, etc. in various planes)
1. Place the substrate at a proper position in the center of the printing platform, align the pattern on the screen first, and then position the substrate.
2. Try printing manually, adjust the pressure of the doctor blade and the ink return blade so that the pattern appears clearly and the color around the pattern is consistent, and then adjust it according to the printing situation.
3. After the above inspection is correct and the surrounding working environment is confirmed to be free of problems, the semi-automatic or full-automatic printing shall be carried out by foot switch.
